This year I am teaming up with my drumming wife and we have planned a super special afternoon that blends deep healing with high energy as we honour the shortest day of the year and welcome the return of the light!
We will begin with a divine healing meditation to clear the slate and reconnect. We will then cut ties to the seasonal pattern of increasing darkness and shorter periods of light.
Think: inner stillness, soul recalibration, and soft magic for the midwinter heart.
Then… we turn it up! Drums come out. Energy rises.
We will build and build the rhythm together until the room is pulsing with joy! This is how we drum in the light. No drumming experience is necessary.
The wheel is turning.
The light is returning.
